Custom Bartacker Programming
Due to the nature of this product/service, no returns are accepted.
We offer custom programming for Juki, Brother, and Dahao (most Chinese) bartack sewing machines.
Price includes two hours of programming/consultation time and the cost of programmed media (shipping added separately). Electronic delivery is available for machines that use removable media.
There is a 0.5 hour ($40) minimum billing time. Any unused time will be refunded upon order completion. If additional programming/consultation time beyond the initial two hours is required, it will be billed at $20 per 15 minutes and invoiced prior to order completion. Lead time is approximately 2-4 weeks

Users who are looking to purchase this service should have the following prepared:
- The make and model of their bartacker
- An understanding of what their machine is capable of, what type of media is required to add additional patterns, and how to center a pattern within a clamp set (or their machine's limitation thereof)
- Knowledge of how to perform a trial sewing test prior to using a new pattern (sometimes called test feed mode, checking contour of sewing pattern, checking the sewing pattern, pattern shape confirmation, trial sewing operation, etc.)
- Clamps to properly utilize their desired pattern(s)
- An overview of what patterns they want programmed and what material is being sewn (e.g. 25mm x 25mm box X for sewing 2 layers of webbing onto a padded shoulder strap). Drawings are helpful
To help ensure rapid turnaround times for all custom programs, we stock a wide range of removable media (EPROM/EEPROMs, floppy disks, CF cards, SD cards, USB thumb drives) for a multitude of programmable sewing machines.
