For tactical gear makers looking to have labels made on a budget, we now offer custom printed Reemay labels. These are high resolution, black and white (grayscale) laser printed and sold per 8.125"x11" sheet. Tags are made with Berry Amendment compliant Reemay stock and conform to MIL-DTL-32075 Type VI.
We charge a flat rate per printed sheet - no setup fee or minimum order requirement. Quantity of labels per sheet varies by size ordered, as indicated. Sheets will ship uncut and include grey guidelines for cutting (we find a straightedge and rotary cutter work best for this job, but household scissors will do fine).
For garment or other high wear use, please select the white label stock. This is the only style of label we offer that's rated for high wear applications, such as on a vest against the body. The print on our colored label stock is typically less durable than that on standard Type VI labels.

Please provide us with a high resolution (300-1200dpi) black and white image that is sized according to your ordered label size. Ensure the image is ready to print. Images that require editing before printing will incur an additional fee. We highly recommend using the image templates provided below to format your label file.
Acceptable file formats include:

Use and Care
Labels will withstand normal use, to include washing and drying, but our colored labels are not as durable as the Type VI specification labels commonly seen on issued military gear. (For high durability labels, we recommend contacting C.N. Clark Company.) Our white Reemay sheets are the most durable and are the only color we recommend for use on garments. Do not dry clean.
