Terms and Conditions
Payments processed through our Ecommerce software (credit cards or PayPal) will be charged within seven days of purchase. This is due to the limited authorization time provided by our Ecommerce software. Typically, if your order is expected to ship within seven days, your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If your order is not expected to ship within seven days (as is the case with pre-orders) you will be charged within seven days of purchase. Product pages for items not expected to ship within a week will display an estimated lead time or delivery date in the product description section.
In an effort to continue expanding our product line, many OV Innovations products are currently made to order. Items that are not in stock may delay your order from shipping. Standard lead times are listed on the product page and vary between products. If your order requires a longer than advertised lead time, you will be contacted within 2 business days.
Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).
US Domestic Orders
Domestic orders will ship via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on order weight and/or customer preference. If an alternative shipping carrier or method is desired, please contact us before placing an order.
International orders will ship via USPS First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International, depending on order weight and/or customer preference.
First-Class Mail International is offered to reduce shipping costs for our international customers. This service can be slow, is often untracked and is generally less reliable than Priority Mail International. We highly recommend using Priority Mail International whenever feasible. We will not be held responsible for First-Class Mail International parcels that are lost during transit.

Returns and Exchanges
OV Innovations has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase (purchases by money order will be refunded in the form of a business check).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return:
- Email us to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within seven business days, please contact us.
